tl;dr; roam

I’m not a huge B-52’s fan but Roam is my favorite B-52’s song. I heard it driving in the car on Sunday. And I turned it up.

I’m really not sure why I like this one; maybe it’s the “hip to hip” lyric, maybe the chorus, maybe just the beat/groove. I don’t know. I just find it fun. (I think we’re gonna find a fair number of my songs of the day will be “just ‘cuz” like this one.)

BUT…

Roam is also the source of one of my most embarrassing “Kiss This Guy” moments. You see, instead of:

Roam if you want to.
Roam around the world.

I thought they were singing:

Oh! Misty watoo,
All around the world!

And truth be told I’m not entirely sure my lyrics aren’t better. <wink>
